Hello! I'm Natasha, the owner and director of Inspect My Rental LTD. With over 15 years of experience as a residential property investor, I have successfully balanced the demands of work and family life. Providing homes for people is a privilege, but it comes with its challenges.

While managing my own properties, I always wished for a service that could handle inspections while allowing me to maintain control over my assets. Finding the time to conduct inspections during weekends or evenings can be challenging, but it is crucial. Regular inspections are paramount to successful management of your investment.

Based in Hamilton, servicing the Waikato area, Inspect my Rentals LTD was created to bridge the gap between self-managing landlords and professional property management, without the large on-going costs.

I'm Natasha. I've been a residential property investor for over 15 years while juggling work and kids. It's a real privilege to be able to provide homes for people but it's not always easy or smooth sailing.
